If the Customer is not satisfied with our products, he has a right to exchange or return the product to us within 14 days.
The product shall be returned in the initial condition (unused) and in the original package.
Sevenon policy of return and exchange is based on the principle that the Customer handles our products gently in order to avoid any damages. Thus return product must come back to us as unused, clean and undamaged. Sevenon has a right to except or reject returned products if it is not in saleable condition.
The right of free-of-charge exchange of goods
The right to exchange products free of charge is valid only for exchange of goods of the same price and kind, but with different image. Free-of-charge exchange policy does not apply to the exchange of products of different kind.
In case of products return the Customer shall thoroughly fill the application for return, which is sent to him together with the product. The product must be carefully packed in the cardboard box or special package for sending by post.
The right for return is not valid for products sent back to us packed only in its own package or if the product became dirty or damaged during transportation due to inadequate packaging. Returned product shall be supplied with an application for return filled in proper way.
When the Customer cancels the whole order
The order value will be refunded to the Customer by return of ordered products to Sevenon. Payment will be executed the same way as the Customer initially has paid the order. In some cases the Customer shall provide Sevenon with his account information in order to proceed with refunding payment.
If the returned package sent to Sevenon by the Customer via postal service is lost, we will reimburse cost of the lost package to the Customer only if the Customer can provide us with a post tracking number and receipt in order to get compensation from the carrier.
Before money return Sevenon has a right to investigate situation with a lost package.
